Role Summary/Key Objectives:

The IT Technical Product Owner (TPO) / Agile Product Management Senior Advisor will facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join the Contact Center and Service Operations Product & Planning team. The Contact Center and Service Operations Technology Product and Planning Delivery Manager will responsible for leading one or more large-scale, complex, and cross-functional programs, often spanning multiple organizations.

The Contact Center and Service Operations Technology (CCSOT) team is the primary partner of our Enterprise Operations business, servicing our stakeholders via agent guided and self-service communication channels.

Essential Functions:

Manages multiple complex projects simultaneously; includes both strategic enterprise efforts/assignments where the DM will be the lead across all project delivery teams in Technology and support roles for projects impacting the CCSOT delivery teams.

Leads diverse teams and navigates a variety of reporting relationships and matrix resources across Technology organizations

Ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet stakeholder expectations

Provides status updates to inform and proactively manage risks to senior and executive leadership in a consumable, business-friendly format

Motivates the team, identifies and addresses process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness

May manage and direct one or more project teams, establish role expectations for project team members, and provide performance feedback to resource managers

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience

10+ years work experience leading large scale technology projects in application development and/or infrastructure

Ability to work cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Software Engineering Compliance, and Cigna Information Protection and Business Product teams

Agile Methodology and reporting tool expertise (Jira, Jira Align, etc.) preferred

A high degree of comfort in a fast-paced dynamic/ambiguous environment

Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen

Strong presentation, documentation, and communication skills

Passionate member advocate with the ability to identify and meet customer needs within the agile framework

Consistently demonstrates key competencies: Manages ambiguity, collaborates, builds networks, optimizes work processes, and resiliency

Prior experience with contact center technologies preferred

Experience with Intake of work and prioritizing across multiple dependent teams

Great leadership hosting calls, taking notes, and following up on action items

Has a strong technical AND project management background

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 104,000 - 173,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
