As a Director of Digital Product Management you will join a team transforming health care and health services for over 170M people worldwide. As a Director you will lead teams of group product managers within a specific domain, set strategy, collaborate with partners across digital and work closely with leadership to ensure we are delivering the highest priorities. In this role you will lead a team at the forefront of our customer experience, working directing with engineering teams, experience design and stakeholders across our company on the core capabilities we offer through our Pharmacy and PBM lines of business.
Focused on the post authenticated experience, you will use data to drive the right outcomes through enhancements to the capabilities. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to know the KPIs that matter inside and out, evangelizing why a proposed change could drive the outcome that drives our business forward.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Digital Product managers at Evernorth drive product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for our clients, patients and practitioners
  • As a Director you are accountability for translating higher-level strategy into measurable outcomes for you and your team within your domain
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll work directly with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great product
  • Evangelize the product management job family internally and externally
  • You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and actively work to improve the people, product, and process on your team and beyond
  • Juggle the priorities of stakeholders from different lines of business, partnering with them to drive a common understanding as to why the work getting worked (or neglected) is what it is, and pivoting as a group when necessary.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Product Managers
  • Define and deliver compelling product roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities
  • Build alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in product leadership roles including shipping and managing products that serve 10-100M customers regularly
  • Demonstrated results in being able to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into both a short-term and long-term strategic plan
  • Mastery of both product discovery and delivery including fluency in design thinking and lean start-up methodologies
  • Strong analytical mindset with an emphasis on leading and teaching test-and-learn within your teams
  • Emphasis on coaching junior product talent and supporting them as they develop and hone their craft
  • Strategically minded with the ability to connect dots and translate them into a cohesive roadmap
  • Entrepreneurial with either startup experience and/or driving new initiatives within a large organization
  • Experience in healthcare or a related space preferred, but not required
  • Track record of working well across engineering, data science, design and lines of business
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 146,100 - 243,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
