Duties
Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert guidance throughout the real estate process.
Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market conditions, and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings through effective administrative practices.
Develop marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
Organize property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase listings effectively.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements
Valid real estate license in South Carolina.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Proven customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience in real estate administrative tasks is preferred but not required.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
This is a commission-based position, with no salary component. The earning potential is unlimited and based on your own performance.
