This position reports to a Talent Acquisition Manager and performs a variety of duties to support the Talent Acquisition Team. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment initiatives, projects and programs, sourcing candidates, building pipelines of potential candidates, coordinating recruitment campaigns in JobVite, posting jobs on external sites, attending job fairs and working collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Team to maximize efficiencies and ensure compliance within the department. Coordinates on-boarding process for new employees to ensure all pre-employment requirements are met for each new employee. Major Responsibilities:
