Job Description


This position reports to a Talent Acquisition Manager and performs a variety of duties to support the Talent Acquisition Team. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment initiatives, projects and programs, sourcing candidates, building pipelines of potential candidates, coordinating recruitment campaigns in JobVite, posting jobs on external sites, attending job fairs and working collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Team to maximize efficiencies and ensure compliance within the department. Coordinates on-boarding process for new employees to ensure all pre-employment requirements are met for each new employee. Major Responsibilities:

  • Initiates all new hires background checking and on-boarding process in Talentwise. Ensures all required pre employment checks including, EHS, CORI, education and employment verification are finalized prior to new employee start date. Follows up on missing/incomplete information to ensure compliance.
  • Partners with TA team to assist in sourcing, interviewing and initiating reference process. Researches and gathers information required for hiring to include rehire eligibility, file searches, salary history and any other relevant information such as required licenses, certifications and registrations are current.
  • Coordinates hiring events, such as a job blitz by sending out Jobvite campaigns, prescreening candidates, preparing materials such as attendee\xe2\x80\x99s sign-up sheets and scheduling on-site interviews with appropriate hiring managers to ensure successful candidate experience and successful hires. Ensures hiring managers have necessary paperwork, such as schedule of interviews and candidate\xe2\x80\x99s resumes.
  • Assists in the development of employment advertisements. Researches and recommends possible multi-media advertising placements. Responsible for placing ads once final approval has been obtained.
  • Coordinates process improvement initiatives to assist with compliance and efficient operations of the Talent Acquisition Department. Coordinates the filing of Talent Acquisition documents by organizing, storing and archiving in correct Share Point folders.
Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of some college credits
Preferred:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
Experience/Skills: Required:
  • Minimum of two years of related job experience
  • Must have knowledge of recruitment and employment laws.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft products, as well as other related HR information systems.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal, customer service, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail is required.
