• Intake of access requests for multiple clients and employees
• Submission of requests via several software systems
• Customer support via phone, email, and instant message
• Prioritization of based on turnaround time
• Follow-up/escalation of timely completion
• Coordination, organization, and closure once requests are processed

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 2+ years of customer support experience
• 1+ years of customer support experience via phone, email, and instant message
• 1+ years of experience following up on escalations in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in intake of access requests for multiple clients and employees
• Experience working with submissions of requests via several software systems
• Experience supporting internal/external customers

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong organization skills
