Overview:
The Retail Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing Tier 2 level support for all Sprouts Farmers Market Store Retail Systems. This includes the Point of Sale (POS), Back-Office Store Application Suite (inventory, ordering, receiving, and shelf-price audit), Customer Loyalty, and Scale Management Systems. Partnering with the Sprouts Farmers Market IT Support Desk, The Retail Systems Support Analyst will ensure the Retail Systems Knowledge Based Library remains up to date. The Retail Systems Support Analyst will monitor and react to any trends or critical issues impacting Sprouts Store Retail Systems. Essential Functions:

• Serve as Tier 2 support for POS applications, POS hardware, NCR Loyalty Pro, In-store scan guns and E-Commerce integrations.
• Handle escalations from the Sprouts Support Desk.
• Assist in creating communication and documentation of new systems and processes to educate end users and support desk staff.
• Provide application and interface support for POS systems, NCR Loyalty Pro and in-store DMA applications.
• Escalate incidents to third-party vendors when necessary and ensure trouble tickets are resolved appropriately.
• Monitor internal Incident Management System to identify trends; identify issues and work to resolve issues as part of the service delivery life cycle.
• Assist with documenting, testing and quality assurance for new systems, processes, upgrades and fixes.
• Maintain the Retails Systems Support Queue within our ticket management system.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
• Retail store operations experience preferred
• Prior experience working with an Incident Management System; ITIL 2011 certification preferred
• Flexibility of providing support during off hours especially during peak seasons.
• General knowledge of key Store Retail systems including point of sale (POS), loyalty, inventory, ordering, receiving, and scanning
• Strong knowledge of the following retail related systems preferred: ISS45 Point of Sale platform and related technologies - NCR (formerly Retalix) Loyalty - Scale Management Systems - DM Analytics (DMA) Retail Application
• Suite (Inventory, Ordering, Receiving)
• Experience with systems integration between retail store and host systems (financial sales, labor, inventory, ordering, pricing)
• Experience with basic SQL queries, functions, database types and database structures
