Swim Instructor Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $15.00-$18.00 DOE Are you looking for a FUN and AMAZING place to work? Then look no further than Idaho Central Aquatic Center. Les Bois Swim Academy is looking for energetic Swim Instructors with a sincere love of children & swimming! This is the perfect part-time position for anyone looking for a set schedule that will work around class schedules. We are closed on all major holidays. Perks:

Les Bois Swim Academy specializes in teaching children to swim from day one. Our highly trained instructors are experts in our proprietary curriculum. Combined with our 88-degree water, small class sizes, & full-sized pools, children are provided with the optimal learning environment. We are dedicated to developing our children into confident, life-long swimmers. We would love to have you as a part of our team to SAVE LIVES! We hope to hear from you soon. Experience/Training:
  • NO experience required.
  • We provide PAID training to teach you everything you will need to know about working with children & teaching them to swim.
Position Requirements:
  • 16+ yrs old.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Adapt teaching approach to students\' ability level
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with participants (or their parents) about student\'s progress.
  • Interact with the public and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Display a positive attitude & work harmoniously with co-workers, the general public, and other organizations.
  • Communicate effectively in the English language at a level necessary for efficient job performance.
  • Complete assignments in a timely fashion
  • Understand and comply with all rules, policies, and regulations.
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
  • Perform all essential and marginal functions as assigned by an authorized employee, supervisor, and/or manager with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Respond calmly & quickly to emergency situations.
