Job Description


As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will involve managing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering products to customers. You\'ll lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and strategize to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless supply chain process that supports business objectives.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. Implement inventory control measures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Optimize logistics processes to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve supply chain processes and workflows. Identify opportunities for automation and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks across the supply chain, including supply disruptions, quality issues, and compliance. Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to the supply chain. Generate reports and utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in supply chain management or a related role, demonstrating strategic thinking, team leadership, and successful implementation of supply chain strategies.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
