The Opportunity

This position works out of our Liberty, SC location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.

As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.

Supply Chain Manager has ownership of Supply Chain through individual contributor direct reports of assigned product lines/value streams and is responsible for some or all of the following supply chain sub disciplines: demand planning, product life cycle planning, purchasing, production scheduling, inventory management, customer service, freight and logistics and warehouse efficiency. Responsible for managing metrics to scorecard our performance in these areas.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Work On

Provides leadership and partners with key stake holders across the entity to drive process improvement and meet business objectives.

Provides leadership to Supply Chain Professionals through setting goals which align to the entity\xe2\x80\x99s annual operating plans and managing the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring.

Develops a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, cross functional/cross divisional collaboration and goal planning and execution.

Develops and communicates plans which ensure entity resources are optimized and service levels are not sacrificed and adequate inventory exists to support the organization.

Direct individuals, remove obstacles and implement practices which ensures customers receive product in a timely manner using cost efficient processes (workforce planning, inventory management, purchasing, systems utilization). Analyzes team recommendations, then prepares, presents, obtains buy in, communicates and implements annual plans for assigned product lines.

Identifies and implements actions to maximize synergistic opportunities between all global entities.

Hires and retains a diverse, highly qualified staff and provides ongoing performance feedback. Maintains a safe and professional work environment.

Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.

Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree In Business Administration or Supply Chain related body of knowledge OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Minimum 8 years

Supply Chain experience with pattern of progressing responsibilities. 2 years leading Supply Chain teams. 4 years of experience in the Medical Device industry. 6 years of experience working with Supply Chain software.

Experience with global supply chain teams including policy and procedure development, strategy formulation, regulatory compliance, quality systems and product life cycle planning. Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model preferred. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results. Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment. Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills and ability to hold others accountable.

Ability to travel approx.10% , including internationally.

The base pay for this position is $90,700.00 \xe2\x80\x93 $181,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
