job summary:
A world-class equipment and services company in the agricultural industry is looking for their next Supplier Quality Engineer. This is a six month contract located in Fargo North Dakota. This could also possibly lead to a permanent role at the end of the contract assignment.

The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of working experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality with solid experience in international environments. This person will support suppliers and engineering/quality team in developing technical solutions to fix quality/product issues in field and/or during development process.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of working experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality with solid experience in international environments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to work independently.

• Solid knowledge of related quality tools (APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PCPA/PSA, (Process control plan audit/ Potential Supplier Assessment), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), etc.), international standards, international Agency standards (ISO)

responsibilities:

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Effectively applies SQE Methodology and enforces project standards.

• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

• Acting with Purchasing and platform about sourcing strategies and their implementation process definition, particularly on initial assessment (PSA Potential Supplier Assessment) and ensure that suppliers meet requirements for APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) and Part Approval Process.

• Support current product quality management activities, assure proper non conformity containment tools application and corrective actions to achieve stable supplier conformity.
