Description: Be an active member of the leadership team, offering guidance and oversight to teachers and staff as needed. Oversee compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant DOE regulations and requirements. Ensure student programs are high quality and effective.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Summary:
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
- Oversee marketing and recruitment for students and staff.
- Evaluate and oversee student and school programs.
- Oversee teacher licensing and certification.
- Assist with scheduling, testing, and reporting as needed.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a compliance role or in a school. Experience working with students and/or teachers is preferred. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards for schools is preferred.
Necessary Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with technology and all Microsoft Office programs
