What You\xe2\x80\x99d Be Doing

The Supervisor of Outreach and Engagement will report to the Outreach and Engagement Director. The Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
  • Conduct team meetings;
  • Communicate effectively with team members in order to assign tasks and ensure follow through occurs;
  • Provide case management and housing education and training to a small caseload of individuals issued or trying to obtain housing vouchers; services could include transporting clients in company vehicle to attend medical appointments with client(s);
  • Keeping accurate, complete and timely records, including electronic records;
  • Participation in staffing as needed;
  • Conducting intake assessments as needed;
  • Willing and able to lead a group for clients;
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures;
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Physical requirements include the following:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
  • Frequently communicates with physicians about medical notes, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 15 pounds
  • Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids
Qualifications

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For\xe2\x80\x94The Must-Haves
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a closely related field
  • Current Colorado professional license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Experience working with housing vouchers, recertification, and state requirements.
  • Valid Colorado driver license, good driving record, and access to reliable transportation during work hours
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required upon hire*

  • Experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness;
  • Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team;
Spanish language skills
