Your Role

The People and Engagement Technology team oversees and supports all business processes, systems, and technology planning and delivery for the People and Engagement team. The People and Engagement Technology, Consultant will report to the Manager of People and Engagement Technology. In this role you will be a lead in business process, systems, and technology planning and delivery for HR. Consults with business leaders on process definition, improvement, systems, performance and best practices. Facilitates and leads requirements gathering and Human Resources Information Services (HRIS) implementation projects.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for HR Technology Project Management, delivering product knowledge configuration for HCM Fusion including post-production triage and support
  • Plan and deliver new Oracle HCM modules from our roadmap
  • Lead quarterly releases and new feature enhancement integration
  • Drive Workforce Analytics & Employee Book of Records
  • Be responsible for the HRIS System \xe2\x80\x93 Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud
  • Serve as subject matter expert for HRIS modules/Techno-functional areas including HR operations, Total Rewards, and Performance Management; actively participate in design, planning, implementation and support
  • Lead administration of primary HR systems and coordinate activities including requirements gathering, data mapping, design specifications, test strategy and scheduling with HRIS and business teams
  • Provide Technical guidance and support to the respective module COE leads as needed for OTBI reports, Custom BI reports, Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas and HCM Data Loader
  • Review and audit HR data from various sources for consistency and accuracy
  • Work with HR Technology and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to implement best practices in data management, architecture and reporting in Oracle platform
  • Build partnerships within HR Centers of Excellence, IT, and business units throughout Blue Shield to collaboratively deliver system-wide solutions
