Job Description
- Run/manage Education projects from start to finish
- Communicate well with owners as well as subcontractors, be the face of the organization.

- Prepare punch lists
- Management of Field Personnel
- Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
- Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Engineers, and Design Consultants
- Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
- Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program

- 5+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
- Experience in Ground K-12/Education Projects preferred, but broad commercial backgrounds are desired as well
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable overseeing Education Projects evaluated at least $10M
