Job Title: Construction Superintendent - Multifamily
Job Location: Nashville, TN

Requirements: 1+ Years Experience as Superintendent for Commercial Construction

We are an industry leading General Contractor with over 30 years in the business. With our extensive pipeline of projects continuing to grow, we are looking to bring on a Superintendent to lead our projects. Each project will be over 25$ million so if you are a Construction Superintendent with strong experience, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

- Has the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of the project
- Scheduling, Ordering Materials, etc...
- Maintain the site specific quality control plan
- Maintain the site specific safety plan
- Maintain client relationships with subcontractors, owners, suppliers, city officials, etc...

What You Need for this Position

- 1+ Years of Superintendent Experience Leading Construction Projects
- Commercial
- Multifamily
- $15 Mil + Projects
- Must have the ability to read and interpret drawings, civil, structural, and architectural
- Must be fully proficient in all Procore functions

Strong Plus:
- A Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field
