The Champion\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Team is responsible for ensuring our 800+ sites located in schools across the country are operating at the highest quality. Champions is growing at a rapid pace and is the only nationally accredited before- and after-school provider. At Champions, we believe no one in the industry provides a better experience to children, families, and school communities than we do. In this critical role, you will support the implementation of our quality standards. You will also work closely with regional and area field leaders to ensure new and existing sites operate with the highest quality and educational standards.

You will serve as a proactive thought partner, coach, and driver of creative solutions that impact quality standards, family experiences, and community partnerships; aligned to Champions\xe2\x80\x99 strategic priorities and business objectives. You will also support with the implementation of and adoption of KinderCare Learning Companies\xe2\x80\x99 education programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a quality market strategy to assess and improve program quality in all sites, ensuring continual improvement year-over-year
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior field leaders on continual improvement of quality in their sites
  • Build leadership capability in quality and educational excellence across all levels of field leadership
  • Provide proactive thought partnership, leadership, and expertise to enable leaders to drive success for their field-based teams in the areas of high-quality experiences and educational excellence, to improve family consideration, enrollment, retention, engagement, and diversity in our site communities.
  • Partner with field leaders to support the implementation and execution of quality and accreditation strategies in achievement of overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the field and corporate teams to influence the development of programs that support quality and education standards that directly support business strategy.
  • Work with the Center Operations team to ensure maximum impact of Quality strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant field preferred
  • Knowledge of the education industry and high-quality standards in early childhood education.
  • Knowledge and experience with Cognia accreditation standards
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and multiple partners with often conflicting priorities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and/or processes to bring clarity to project requirements, constraints, and opportunities
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite of programs
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
