Summary
This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Office of the Director, Office of Strategy. The Office of Strategy carries out a variety of agency-wide strategy projects to ensure the successful implementation of key CFPB strategic and operational initiatives.Responsibilities
As a Strategic Planning Manager, you will:- Lead initiatives of strategic importance to the Director and Deputy Director from conception to implementation, including comprehensive, Bureau-wide management studies and projects.
- Develop, recommend, and implement new analytical approaches to achieve project objectives. Provides strategic, data-driven advice; initiates course-correcting action when needed.
- Support current processes and procedures to develop, monitor, and assess progress toward achieving strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide ongoing management, oversight and mentoring to the CFPB DFA Program participants.
- Exercise technical and administrative supervision of a team of analysts and support positions.
