Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Staffing & Training Manager to support a fast-casual/dine-in restaurant team. This role focuses on training and development, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting both FOH and BOH as needed. You'll help build a strong team culture while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage training schedules in coordination with the General Manager. Oversee execution of onboarding and ongoing training programs. Maintain operational checklists and ensure team members have full menu knowledge. Support operational processes and team culture, rather than making primary hiring decisions. Jump in and assist FOH/BOH during peak periods as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Fast-casual and dine-in restaurant experience. Minimum 1 year of management experience. Highly energetic, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. Bilingual skills a plus. Experience with scratch-made Mexican or similar concepts preferred (e.g., On the Border, Chipotle, Moe's).

Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
