What You Will Achieve

As the Sr. Manager of Business Operations, you will provide day-to-day operational support to Global Technology & Engineering (GT&E) to maximize effectiveness through proactive planning, clear objectives, effective prioritization, appropriate briefings, and timely execution of initiatives. In this role, you will ensure efficient and effective governance and processes to enable the achievement of GT&E\xe2\x80\x99s strategic and operational goals in alignment with Pfizer\xe2\x80\x99s Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) program.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Operational Effectiveness & Governance: Provides operational support to GT&E to maximize effectiveness through proactive planning, clear objectives, effective prioritization, appropriate briefings, and timely execution of initiatives
  • Manages and oversees end-to-end planning of Leadership Team (LT) meetings, agendas, coordinate pre-read and presentation materials in conjunction with Technology Excellence Lead
  • Provides operational orchestration and synthesis for leadership updates that ensures delivery of Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Breakthrough Value Creation Initiatives
  • Communication & Value: Partners with PGS communications to develop and drive a communication strategy for GT&E and support the broader organization to lead the conversation, promote engagement and increase reach both within GT&E and in PGS, as well as externally
  • Partners closely with other PGS business operations colleagues to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Manages the GT&E Communications. Maintain and manage GT&E SharePoint, Yammer, news bulletins and engagement plans (e.g. Town Halls), videos, presentations, and global forums. Ensure organizational changes, content, etc. are communicated regularly and/or in a timely manner.
  • Manages ad hoc strategic projects.
  • Develops GT&E Training Curriculum and drives Training strategy & implementation for GT&E.
Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelor\'s Degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant business experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle competing priorities and ability to perform under pressure, bias for action
  • Strong experience in communication including executive level communication material
  • Experience in leading/influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Must have strong knowledge in SharePoint and MS Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong PowerPoint skills required
  • Experience in managing projects that require critical thinking, collaborative approaches; innovation; strong analytical skills; ability to understand business issues and processes
  • Possess a collaborative spirit, strong project, and program management skills, including change leadership
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day planning and operational activities and develop senior leader presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, effectively manage multiple important priorities, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Broad knowledge of and experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,900.00 to $189,700.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Pfizer compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned locally, the US Salary range provided does not apply to the Tampa, FL or any EXUS locations.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
