This Sr. Financial Analyst position is on the Revenue Analytics Team, which supports all businesses within Optum Insight. This role will be responsible for providing leadership with reporting of revenue performance, analysis, and key insights into growth opportunities. Additionally, this role will support the Advisory & Implementation business with revenue forecasting and analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, perform, and manage revenue projections and metrics
• Supports business leaders with analytics to help drive decision making
• Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan
• Create models and self-service tools to provide to leadership with actionable insights into revenue performance and trends
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and identify areas of improvement
• Assisting the broader Revenue Analytics team with ad-hoc analysis and projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree
• 2+ years of business analysis experience
• Solid analytic background, attention to details, experience managing large data sets
• Intermediate Proficiency in MS Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, large data sets)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast paced environment with little supervision, prioritize work and quickly adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working collaboratively and influencing across a matrix environment
• Advanced MS Excel experience including Financial Modeling
• Demonstrated ability to present key findings and reports to leadership
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills with data integrity
• Prove proactively seek opportunities to improve processes
