Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key role in the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis organization. This role is responsible for offering finance support to our corporate global integrated supply chain, procurement and logistics functions, working closely with the Finance Manager, GISC, Procurement & Logistics. Key activities include controllership, business case support, supporting financial planning cycles and providing reporting and analysis to business leaders. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the enterprise Monthly Inflation Review, business operating review, and associated activities, partnering with functional business partners within Corporate and the strategic business units. A focal point of this role will also be continuous improvement and leveraging technology, lean methodologies, and business partnership to enhance support and adopt sustainable processes.

Based in Davidson, North Carolina, this role reports to the Director, Finance- Corporate Functions and is eligible for hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, analyze, and/or modify financial forecasts, risks & opportunities, annual operating plan (AOP)
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting and analysis
  • Manage and perform month-end close and operating review activities
  • Drive business process improvement through automation of routine activities, development of standard work and documentation
  • Perform frequent and complex ad hoc assignments
  • Research, understand and concisely convey financial reasoning for variances

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or Accounting related field required
  • 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a matrix organization
  • Experience with financial reporting cycles, such as forecasts and budgets (AOP)
  • Advanced Analytical Skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Oracle/OneStream and Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, OBI, other dashboarding tools)

Base Pay Range: $70,000-$144,000
