Job Summary Responsible for strategic leadership and direction for key strategic and often complex programs, providing an overall program management strategy and The Effectv Enterprise PMO is hiring a Sr. Director Value Delivery \xe2\x80\x93 Program Management who will be responsible for organizing and delivering Enterprise programs that realize significant business value. To be successful in this role, you have extensive experience leading a team through dissecting and translating an organization\xe2\x80\x99s high level business objectives into programs and expressing dependent workstreams and timelines. You naturally lead large teams in their understanding of the business goals and their role in delivering. You\xe2\x80\x99re skilled at ensuring accountability is held to program team members for driving decisions that result in timely delivery for various complex, strategic, revenue generating and operational improvement initiatives. You\xe2\x80\x99re successful working in a matrix organization where you leverage data, process and partnership to align stakeholders across business, product and technology. You are skilled at developing Enterprise visual representations of programs and their status for program team understanding and executive leadership. You are a strong collaborator capable of leveraging those within and outside of your program team to deliver accurately and fast. You have led large transformational programs and have a track record of using high impact, collaborative new ways of working to achieve goals.



Core Responsibilities

Lead a team of program managers/consultants that partner with stakeholders internally and across Comcast to plan and deliver business priorities, advertising capabilities and solutions

Build relationships with business, product and technology executives

Develops and executes program processes as necessary and oversees program budgets if assigned. * Analyze current state processes supporting program delivery and prioritization and recommend improvements to realize greater transparency, efficiency and alignment

  • Create and implement program governance processes, deliverables and communications that provide clear and consistent communication of progress towards enterprise objectives and ladder up to strategic governance for an executive audience. Develops and manages budget and budget tracking if assigned.
  • Be the single point of accountability for program delivery progress across several clients and portfolios of work.
  • Present confidently to Comcast Advertising/Effectv senior executives as well as other internal and external audiences .
  • Oversees training, hiring, performance management and development of staff. Performs staff performance assessments, salary reviews and bonus awards.
  • Works with other organizations to continuously improve business processes.
  • Keeps abreast of new developments in project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices, industry standards and strategic technology focus as appropriate.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Likely requires travel.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Additional Experience:

10+ years of experience leading program delivery and/or strategic planning for a business with deep governance, program management and executive communication skills, ideally honed through prior work experience at a top tier consulting firm

Experience leading priorities through a program delivery lifecycle and gaining commitment from all cross-functional stakeholders including business, product and technology, for those priorities requiring solution development, integration, testing or configuration

Experience analyzing current state processes for gaps and optimization opportunities, then leading delivery and alignment of recommended improvements across all impacted stakeholder groups

Stakeholder relationship management and value creation

Self-motivated with the ability to work in an un-structured environment

Strong operational mindset with a decisive get it done and whatever it takes mentality

Advertising industry experience preferred

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, with a Pay Range of $160,380.44 USD - $240,570.66 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
