*MUST BE AN EXISTING LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE: 3 Years REQUIREMENTS:
  • Effectively communicate GreenTech\'s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers
  • Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establishes GreenTech as the best solution available
  • Overcome objections and closes the sale
  • Maintains accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loans, options, and construction
  • Continually source new sales opportunities
  • Creates and provides management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships
  • Networks and performs outreach to realtors
  • Manages time efficiently, meets sales goals, and works effectively with other members of the team
  • Maintains and expands database of prospects
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
  • Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Maintain the Sales Center presentation and organization
  • Collaborate with production on community maintenance and customer service needs
  • Ability to coordinate community functions and gatherings
  • Licensing requirements vary by state
  • Prior CRM software experience
  • Competency in preparing and communicating real estate contracts
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, and knowledge of the industry required
  • Excel in intercommunication and interactions
  • Strongly motivated
  • Basic competency in technology and social media platforms is a must
  • Physical ability to lift, install signs, and walk undeveloped lots
COMPENSATION
  • Significant income opportunity with generous blend of base salary and commissions.
