Job Description

The Senior Marketing Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Creative Studio Team with the intake, prioritization and completion of creative marketing projects, working cross-functionally as needed.

Job Functions
Works closely with Sr. Director, Creative Strategies, assisting on priorities and projects from various media channels, team workload and assignments
Serves as key point person for Creative Studio Team
Assists Marketing Leadership and Creative Studio Team on managing creative work order of marketing/advertising projects and updates/changes to those projects
Collaborates with Brand Managers, Marketing Production Manager and cross-functional groups on behalf of the Creative Marketing Team
Uses creative management tools daily to manage project communication, updates to all relevant internal/external parties
Creates recaps/reports as needed
Assists Brand Management team with internal/external review meetings
Performs other duties as assigned

Position Contribution Level : Intermediate

Minimum Education & Experience:
3+ years of Marketing, Creative Project Management, or Brand Management
Bachelors degree or relevant years of experience
Proven project management skills
Experience in project management systems i.e., Monday, Protoshare, and Global Edit

Preferred Education & Experience:
Knowledge & Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
Self-starter with ability to thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional groups
