Sr. Accounts Receivable Accountant ** Sciton requires full vaccination as a condition of employment.** Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $90k - $120k. Sciton Inc. is looking for an energetic Sr. Accounts Receivable Accpuntant to join our rapidly growing Finance/Accounting team. S/He will be responsible for effective, accurate, and efficient handling of all aspects of accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will be based in our corporate office in Palo Alto, CA. In this role you will:

• Monitor revenue and reconcile receivables, including CC merchant reconciliations.
• Develop reports and reconciliation process to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Monthly AR account related reconciliations including reconciliation of AR sub-ledger to GL, SFDC to ERP reconciliations etc
• Assist in maintaining AR Module procedures, develop and refine processes to increase team efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, statements, and documentation.
• Research variances, determines root causes and makes recommendations for adjustments.
• Maintaining a close working relationship with operations managers, corporate accounting team, and senior leadership.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable Policies and related internal controls
• Assist Accounting team with any ad hoc requests or responsibilities.
• Sales tax reporting
• Flexibility to execute, adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment at a high growth company
• Assist with system implementation
• Provide supporting analysis and ad-hoc reporting as requested
• Work on special projects when assigned by management
