Accounts Receivable Sr. Specialist Compensation and Benefits The salary range is $70k - $90k. Position Summary Sciton Inc. is looking for an energetic Senior Accounts Receivable to join our rapidly growing Finance/Accounting team. S/He will be responsible for effective, accurate, and efficient handling of all aspects of accounts receivable. • Generating invoices and account statements.
• Assist with customer payments (ACH/checks/Credit card)
• Successful contact and collection on customer accounts and past due invoices
• Processing customer credits
• Assist in adjustments (within eligible guidelines), including misapplied payments, overpayments, customer reconciliations, etc.
• Prepare Aging Analysis Report and identify unapplied payments and credits
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
• Perform customer account research with the ability to analyze and resolve payment related issues.
• Monthly account reconciliations.
• Support Leadership AR reporting and analysis requests as needed
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, and Order Management
• Work on special projects when assigned by management.
