The Specialist, Direct to Consumer/Ecommerce supports the day-to-day operations of our growing ecommerce website. To that end, the specialist is responsible for supporting the Direct to Consumer business by working closely with the Direct-to-Consumer team, the organizations Business Units, and shared services departments. This role focuses on a variety of operation areas, including but not limited to website presentation, pricing and promotional execution and monitoring, sales and inventory, product launches and maintaining the direct-to-consumer calendar.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pricing / Promotional Execution / New Product Management
Setup, test, and implement weekly website change-outs of promos and pricing updates
Coordinate with marketing, including email and social team, on any upcoming promotions or weekly deals ensuring we are communicating efficiently and accurately with our customers
Share recaps of promotional, pricing offers, and share calendar schedule with internal stakeholders
Ensure Direct to Consumer pricing is in-line with business price lists
Ensure backend launch readiness for Direct to Consumer products (inventory and pricing)
Manage PriceSpider / Where to Buy updates
Work closely with Merch Manager to effectively advertise product launches across website
Maintain and manage Direct to Consumer calendar, including but not limited to sales history, promotions, new launches, website updates and email scheduling
Create and manage all project tickets and briefs related to Direct to
Consumer calendar (email, social requests, etc.)
Website Optimization
Conduct daily review of website and collaborate with Direct to
Consumer and other internal stakeholders to suggest changes or updates to website and customer experience
Coordinate with IT service managers for customer experience ticket monitoring and resolution
Support the testing and Quality Assurance of tickets and projects
Competitive Reviews including but not limited to competitive email and homepage captures, product offering orders, customer touchpoints, etc.
Analytics
Ensure success of Direct to Consumer business through monitoring of strategic KPI\'s (conversion, checkout drop off, order processing issues, etc.)
Support in managing ecommerce data across SAP, Sitecore and
Google Analytics (inventory, shipping, etc.)
Support Direct to Consumer team with ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain Direct to Consumer SharePoint files, updating as necessary
Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders as a representative of Direct to Consumer business
Participate in larger Customer Experience Center projects
Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor\'s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 3 years Ecommerce/Web/Direct to Consumer Required
Software/Technical Skills
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Navigation
Internet Navigation and Knowledge
Adobe Acrobat
Knowledge of Analytic Databases such as Omniture, Tableau, Google Analytics

This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers.
