As Special Services Coordinator, you are responsible for: Accurate entry of ads into software system
Answering phones and checking messages
Responding to multiple email inboxes
Communicating with team members and customers
Providing excellent customer service
Be able to react to change productively
Handling other essential tasks as needed
Job Requirements: We need a self-starter, who is able to take initiative and prioritize Attention to detail, including good spelling and grammar skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines Solid computer and word processing skills, proficiency in spreadsheets is a plus Effective communication skills with a keen sense of etiquette Genuine desire to help others Strong work ethic and a desire to excel If you think you fit the bill, we\xe2\x80\x99d like to meet you!
