As a Spa Coordinator, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our wellness sanctuary, ensuring that every guest experiences the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation. Your role is pivotal in managing appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our luxurious spa offerings. With your enthusiastic approach and keen attention to detail, you will create an inviting atmosphere that keeps our clients coming back for more!

What you'll do

Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient use of spa resources to maximize guest satisfaction. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs with professionalism and care. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight our premium spa products and services, enhancing the guest experience. Supervise spa staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency. Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance guest experiences while driving revenue growth. Maintain inventory levels by stocking products and managing merchandising displays effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Communicate effectively with team members and guests, utilizing strong phone etiquette to manage inquiries and bookings.

Basic qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a passion for wellness and beauty. Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.

Preferred qualifications

Previous supervising experience in a retail or spa environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales tracking. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
