What You'll Be Doing

As our Spa Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact and the heartbeat of our client experience. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism Manage and schedule appointments Maintain accurate client and service records Support the team with administrative tasks Coordinate with entire team to ensure seamless service delivery Promote services, specials, and packages to enhance the client journey

Schedule

This is a full-time position working 36-40 hours/week.

You'll enjoy a mix of 8- and 10-hour weekday shifts, plus every other Saturday from 8:30am-2:00pm.

? What We're Looking For

We're seeking a detail-oriented, energetic professional with a client-first attitude. The ideal candidate brings:

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience (spa or wellness experience preferred) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor Discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with spa scheduling/management software Knowledge of spa treatments and services Experience in customer service or hospitality
