Summary
The Spa Assistant Director will assist with the oversight of the entire Spa function. This may include a full-service salon, esthetics and massage therapy, as well as retail. The primary role of the Assistant Director is to ensure optimum guest and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve guest and colleague engagement
- Previous spa management experience preferred
- Luxury resort experience preferred
- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
