Overview

Remote - In South Division (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia)

This role will interact directly with warehouse teams in the field, from warehouse leadership (L08 \xe2\x80\x93 LG1) to frontline employees, on a weekly basis, to improve performance in labor efficiency as well as reducing waste from expired product, damage, and loss. This role will also interact with warehouse division leaders (LG1 \xe2\x80\x93 LG3) and the Warehouse COE Sr. Director (LG3) on a period basis to update progress on performance.
Responsibilities

  • Lead Lighthouse Program site deployment to meet warehouse operating expectations.
  • Partner directly with site leadership to improve warehouse performance and deliver annual productivity targets through hands on coaching and development.
  • Identify and remove obstacles to labor efficiency, in areas such as operational flow, equipment, warehouse layout, capability, and performance management.
  • Install standard operating procedures and performance venues while measuring execution for long term sustainment in the areas of labor, service, and inventory management.
  • Build location Warehouse leader capability, knowledge, and proficiency.
  • Partner with COE program owners to integrate COE tools into warehouse operations.
  • Identify waste opportunities and implement solutions with site leadership.
  • Track action plan completion and site execution
  • Inform division warehouse leadership regularly on performance, action plans, and support needed.
  • Establish and replicate best practices across the warehouse network.
  • Deliver productivity targets.
  • Support AOP build through identifying productivity tactics by partnering with the field.
  • Directly support 5-10 warehouse locations via onsite visits and remote support
  • Deliver $1MM-$2MM per year in productivity directly in partnership with warehouse leadership in the field.
  • Standardize warehouse operating procedures and performance venues.
  • Improve warehouse leadership and frontline capability by providing training and coaching.
Qualifications
  • BS in Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Business
  • 5+ years Supply Chain experience (Operations, Logistics) with ability to handle multiple complexities.
  • Proven operations and leadership experience
  • Solid functional knowledge in these areas: Warehouse operations, inventory control & management
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Self-directed and motivated to winning.
  • Results oriented with a bias for action.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to pull multiple functional teams together to solve problems.
  • Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneously & prioritize work to balance/achieve conflicting milestones & resource constraints.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.
Travel:
  • Travel will be required for this role, approximately 50% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
