We're seeking a Solar Sales Development Representative to lead renewable energy growth within the agricultural sector. As the

Solar Sales Development Representative

, you'll:

Cultivate new business relationships with farms, agribusinesses, and Financial Solutions clients to drive renewable energy adoption. Partner with clients to understand operational needs and develop tailored solar and renewable energy solutions. Coordinate between Member Coaches and the Ag Energy Solutions Manager to qualify leads and deliver accurate, timely proposals. Support the design and execution of solar and renewable energy projects, ensuring all deliverables and implementation process. Monitor project progress, uphold accountability, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation process. Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and new opportunities for UnCommon Farms' energy solutions portfolio. Maintain CRM data integrity and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Requirements:



What We're Looking For



3-5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management. Background in agriculture, renewable energy, or ag-tech industries preferred. Proven success qualifying leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

At UnCommon Farms, we recognize and value the skills and experience you bring to the table. Our compensation package is designed to be both fair and competitive, reflecting the qualifications, education, and expertise needed for success in this role.

Estimated Salary Range:

$50,000 - $70,000 per year

Your final offer will be tailored to your unique background, including your qualifications, certifications, experience, and training. This position is also eligible for commission in addition to the base salary.
