What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to warm and cold homeowner leads.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
Track performance in our CRM system.
Exceed daily and weekly goals in a fun, competitive environment.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and people skills.
Positive attitude and goal-driven mindset.
Comfortable talking on the phone and building rapport quickly.
Previous sales or call-center experience is a plus (not required).
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
