Century Business Technologies is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our Wichita team. In this role, you'll establish relationships within assigned territories, research industries, and generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives -- make $60k at plan in your first year!

What You'll Be Doing:

Establish relationships with decision-makers and customers. Ability to excel at industry research, relationship development, and organizing business meetings within existing sales territories. Prospect using lead generation strategies to set appointments for sales representatives. Attend customer appointments alongside sales representatives to support relationship-building and ensure a smooth handoff.

What We're Looking for:

No sales experience is needed, but having some exposure is an asset. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Achieve established goals while also collaborating with the marketing and sales team. Ability to persevere and take on challenges with a positive attitude.
