Enterprise Services, in support of NGMS, is seeking an experienced eQube Developer to provide technical support for the Mission Systems Product Lifecycle Management (MPLM) program. This program consolidates multiple existing PLM systems into an advanced PLM environment that put in place the platform for the Digital Transformation of NGMS Engineering and Manufacturing processes. The MPLM environment, implemented based on Siemens\xe2\x80\x99s Teamcenter platform, contains Engineering and Manufacturing products and process data for the sector and integrates with other enterprise systems including ERP, MES, and multiple CAD/Engineering tools. eQube MI is an integration platform used to establish integration between the various pillar system in our digital portfolio. eQube BI is used to create various business reports based on processes and data in our PLM systems. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on implementing features, such as Digital Threads and Digital Twins, that are exciting in the current end-to-end digital PLM environment. The selected eQube Developer will work with existing eQube and Teamcenter development team members to analyze, design, build and implement software changes to deliver the future sector wide PLM system. They will work in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment with many teams across the country collaborating in the program\xe2\x80\x99s Agile Release Train (ART). This position will provide a great opportunity to work with experienced engineers that work on integrating vendor supplied tools requiring heavy customization and coding in C++ for Teamcenter (supplied by Siemens) product and XML mapping/coding for the integrator tool (supplied by eCube). In addition to working with and picking up experience in new technical areas, it will also provide exposure to business acumen in terms of understanding business transactions, workflows, interactions between various systems...etc. This position considers a FULL-TIME teleworking option from any part of the US. Essential Functions:
  • Develop and customize software solutions using eQube platform to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with the ART members; developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Process Owners \xe2\x80\xa6etc.
  • Design and implement process and reporting solutions using eQube platform offerings
  • Provide technical support in the areas of unit testing, function testing (to the exiting QA team), and help fellow scrum team members to meet sprint and Program Increment goals.
  • Participate in code reviews (Pull Requests) and maintain code quality standards
  • Work with the team to resolve technical issues and provide guidance on eQube development
  • Develop new and/or maintain existing integration connectors between Teamcenter and other systems such as SAP
  • Develop new and/or maintain existing BI reports
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and propose solutions
  • Can develop and is comfortable with developing reports on other platforms, such as Tableau.

Level 2 (Software Developer) Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree with 3 years of experience; Master\'s with 1 year of experience; Level 3 (Principal Software Developer) Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree with 5 years of experience; Master\'s with 3 years of experience. Basic Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate shall possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or another technical degree.
  • Candidates should have experience with large software systems, preferably enterprise-scale applications such as PLM, ERP.
  • Experience with software development (Java/Javascript, C++, C#, or any modern object-oriented language) and its life cycle
  • Experience with build tools (mainly some form of Git); continuous integration environments (Azure DevOps) or other collaborative platforms ;
  • Experience working with eQube platform (both MI and BI)
  • Experience with working on xml files and toolsets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on integration teams in a PLM environment
  • Experience with source code configuration management tools (i.e. git)
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale applications/systems such as PLM (Siemens Teamcenter / Envoia), ERP (SAP), or others
  • Prior experience working in a SAFe environment
  • Experience working reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management

Salary Range: $77,200 USD - $115,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $95,100 USD - $142,700 USD


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
