What You'll Do
As our Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across all social platforms. You'll build brand awareness, engage with our community, and help drive growth through smart, creative strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Shoot and edit original content (photos, videos, reels) on-site at our showroom and customer locations
Write engaging captions, CTAs, and responses that align with our brand voice
Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize growth and engagement
Monitor social trends and competitor content to keep us ahead of the curve
Collaborate with team members to promote events, product launches, and special campaigns
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related field
Strong writing and communication skills (with a sense of humor!)
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and others
Ability to balance creativity with analytics
A proactive mindset--you don't wait to be told what's trending
Bonus Points:
+ Familiarity with paid social campaigns and A/B testing and influencer partnerships
+ Experience with Shopify, Salesforce, or POS-integrated marketing platforms
+ Knowledge of the hearth or outdoor living industry
