Position Overview
As our Social Media Assistant, you'll help bring our brand to life online. You'll support the creation, posting, and engagement of content across multiple platforms, ensuring our voice stays polished, consistent, and on-trend. You'll work closely with leadership and the marketing team to increase visibility, highlight services, and showcase the luxury Canvas experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and scheduling engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Capture behind-the-scenes content, patient journey highlights (with consent), and treatment features
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement in a professional, brand-aligned tone
Track performance metrics and assist in reporting results
Research trends in aesthetics, beauty, and wellness to keep content fresh and relevant
Collaborate with staff to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and event coverage
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms
Creative eye for photography, videography, and storytelling
Excellent writing and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a luxury client-facing environment
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other design tools a plus

Requirements
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, video editing software, and graphic design principles.
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media strategies.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for tracking campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
Ability to conduct effective keyword research for SEO purposes.
Experience in relationship management within public relations contexts is a plus.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is beneficial but not required.
