Social Media Strategist

to join our team in a part-time capacity.

Position Details

Type: Contractor or W2 (flexible) Hours: 10-15 hours per month Compensation: $24-$30 per hour

Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture behind social media content. This role focuses on analyzing client performance, updating strategies as needed, and reporting on progress in ways that are actionable and insightful. You'll work closely with our social media managers to ensure client content aligns with business goals, while also supporting long-term growth with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Social Media Managers to ensure all client content aligns with strategic objectives. Provide ongoing feedback and fresh content ideas to enhance strategy execution. Track and analyze monthly analytics; provide feedback to Social Media Managers to optimize performance. Track quarterly analytics and create comprehensive quarterly reports for clients. Attend quarterly client meetings to review results, present reports, and suggest strategic adjustments.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or related role. Strong understanding of analytics tools and ability to turn data into actionable insights. Skilled in developing strategies that connect content to client goals (brand awareness, engagement, conversions, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to provide constructive feedback.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week

Work Location: Remote
