We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive content plan across multiple platforms, focusing on audience growth and engagement.

The role involves creating a content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The initial phase emphasizes strategy development and content calendar creation, with potential for expansion into content production, management, or a full-time leadership role based on ROI.
Tasks and Deliverables
- Develop a cross-platform content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience growth.
- Build a detailed content calendar with themes and formats.
- Recommend editing tools, design templates, and workflow systems.
- Provide branding and design consultation for a consistent, professional appearance.
- Advise on platform-specific optimization strategies (SEO, hashtags, captions, thumbnails).
- Create an initial roadmap for paid advertising and growth testing.
- Offer ongoing feedback and consultation during content creation.
Required Experience
- Required:
- Proven experience creating and growing content across multiple social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content best practices.
- Knowledge of editing and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Premiere, Figma).
- Ability to combine creative storytelling with data-driven strategy.
- Up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and advertising strategies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide actionable guidance.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with YouTube SEO, YouTube Ads, Shorts, and growth strategies.
- Experience with social media advertising, including Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing.
