Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging content across various social media platforms to support our clients\' marketing and branding objectives. You will collaborate closely with our social media managers, brand managers, and videographers to develop a cohesive content strategy that effectively communicates our clients\' unique value propositions and resonates with their target audience. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, images, videos, GIFs, and other multimedia assets, that align with our clients\' branding guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with our social media managers, brand managers, and videographers to ensure content consistency and cohesiveness across all marketing channels.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media content creation and adjust content strategies as needed to ensure continued success.
• Participate in client meetings to better understand their branding objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes, and incorporate this feedback into content strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, graphic design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills across various social media platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Canva, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• A passion for staying current with the latest trends and best practices in social media content creation.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Writing skills: 1 year (Preferred)
