POSITION SUMMARY Promotion is at the core of our growth both internally and externally and a huge part of that strategy resides with social media. The Social Community Manager is a pivotal role, collaborating with multiple stakeholder accounts to post and manage content for digital and traditional platforms. This role will be the strategic audience-first expert in project management, content creation, and social media analytics. The Social Community Manager understands the nuances and shortcomings of each platform, leveraging data to formulate campaign strategies in alignment with the organization\'s growth goals. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Responsible for driving performance in these three areas: 1) Social media promotion 2) Social media growth 3) Community management
  • Post, schedule, and optimize content across digital platforms
  • Track social performance and report to internal brand team
  • Comment, respond, and DMing clients through our owned social pages
  • Collaborate alongside social marketing vendors and internal staff with graphic designers, video content creators, paid media specialists, copywriters, marketing managers etc.
  • Develop strategy to leverage social community to achieve business goals
  • Drive engagement that converts to sales and brand promotion
  • Contribute to digital content development including writing copy, graphic design, and email marketing
  • Assist Marketing Manager with conducting research to analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Support sales and lead generation efforts
KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Understand the communication style nuances of each social platform
  • Detail oriented to with an exceptional understanding of grammar and spelling
  • Ability to write effective copy
  • Strong understanding of best practices for video content, photography, graphic design, and copy
  • Ability to adhere to brand guide
  • Data-driven and highly analytical
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or related field desired.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with online community building and social media analytics
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. \xe2\x97\x8f Position may require travel: Up to 5%
  • Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
