ClearPath lawn and Snow Removal is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our

Snow Grounds Team

for the upcoming winter season. Team members will assist with snow and ice removal across commercial and residential properties to ensure safe, clean, and accessible grounds during winter weather conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in snow removal using Snowrator, shovels and snow blowers Apply ice melt or salt to sidewalks, entryways, and other pedestrian areas Maintain assigned properties to company standards for safety and appearance Work in all weather conditions (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed) Follow direction from Crew Leads and report completion of routes or issues promptly Maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness after each use Positive attitude, eager to learn, work effectively as a team member and follow directions

Qualifications

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to respond within 30 minutes when called Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods Valid driver's license preferred Prior snow removal or grounds experience a plus but not required Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable transportation to warehouse or job site

Compensation

Pay:

Starting at $27hr depending on experience and equipment use

Bonuses:

End-of-season performance bonus

Incentives:

Holiday pay for eligible shifts and overtime opportunities

Schedule

On-call 24/7 during snow events Shifts vary based on weather and snowfall
