Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently

remove snow

from driveways, sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and walkways Operate equipment such as: Snow blowers Walk-behind and tailgate salters Shovels and ice scrapers Spread salt/ice melt according to site requirements Follow assigned routes and complete work within time expectations Communicate with crew leaders and dispatch during storms Complete pre- and post-storm equipment checks Maintain professionalism with clients and property managers

Requirements

Must be available during winter storm events

(nights, weekends, holidays as needed) Must have reliable transportation to the shop or job sites Ability to work in cold, snowy, physically demanding conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team Experience in snow removal is a plus, but

not required
