We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the position of Snow Shoveler. This role is essential during the winter months, ensuring safe and accessible pathways for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities



Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots using shovels and snow blowers. Maintain safety by applying salt or sand to icy surfaces as needed. Assist in the setup and maintenance of snow removal equipment. Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage snow removal tasks. Report any hazards or issues encountered during snow removal operations. Ensure all areas are left clean and free of debris after snow removal.

Skills



Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain snow removal equipment effectively. Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and landscaping is beneficial. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and excavators for various tasks. Familiarity with construction techniques related to outdoor maintenance. Knowledge of tree care, including tree trimming and horticulture practices. Understanding of irrigation systems and gardening principles is a plus. Experience with mowing, hardscape installation, and general maintenance tasks will be advantageous.
