About the Position:

Augusta Lawn Care is hiring a reliable and self-motivated Snow Blower Operator for the upcoming winter season. You will be responsible for clearing residential driveways using a walk-behind snow blower. This is a solo position where you'll operate out of a company truck and complete assigned routes independently.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a walk-behind snow blower to clear residential driveways Follow assigned route lists and complete jobs efficiently Perform basic equipment checks (fuel, function, minor troubleshooting) Communicate with the office team regarding job completion or issues Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Augusta Lawn Care with excellent customer service

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and in cold/harsh weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to respond during early morning or late-night snow events Able to lift 50+ lbs and manage physical outdoor work

Schedule & Pay:

Hours vary based on snowfall (on-call, as-needed) Competitive pay per completed route

Future Opportunities:

Strong performers will have the opportunity to join Augusta Lawn Care for full-time lawn maintenance and landscaping work in the 2026 season.
