Job Summary We are currently hiring a Site Operations Lead for our Advantage xPO team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is overall daily and consistent account operations management at one or more key client locations. This position is typically supportive of Business Process Outsourcing programs. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Accountable for execution of a client-specific Account Plan using approved work processes spanning recruitment plans, screening processes, selection criteria, on-boarding and training disciplines, and professionally focused client interaction
  • Key Client Performance Indicators and metrics must be understood, tracked, recorded, and funneled consistently into meaningful internal data flow and reporting tools
  • Dedicated onsite management includes coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of contingent workforce in accordance with all HR and statutory policies and procedures
  • Strong emphasis on health, safety, and environmental goals with the assistance of a dedicated account team
  • Leads daily execution of account specific and proactive strategies ensuring maximum return on operating expenses
  • Serves as an escalation point for service issues and is responsible for positive and proactive conflict resolution
  • Accountable for leadership and management of localized/dedicated onsite team who in turn must individually deliver business-like focus in their respective roles
  • Ensures facility meets safety and quality targets
  • Documentation of all situations at client site including, but not limited to corrective actions, accident/injury reports
  • Manages employee and client relations through daily pulse checks, monthly meetings and reporting and quarterly reporting
  • Escalates issues to the appropriate division office personnel to ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment guidelines
  • Participation in both internal Account Teams and client committees - therefore respectful and compliant when directed by strategic levels of internal and external influence
