This is a remote opportunity. Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for helping to drive technical outcomes and manage a team of ServiceNow Administrators and core foundational data COE teams that perform within set technical guidelines and standard operating procedures to support the firms ServiceNow platform
  • Provide technical guidance, support, leadership and at times perform in all areas of ServiceNow platform administrative and operational activities such as performance monitoring, cloning, upgrades, release management, integrations, CMDB and incident troubleshooting
  • Be an escalation point for any issues, especially P1, P2 or major incidents and form sustainable resolutions that meet the team\xe2\x80\x99s SLA\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Set goals, offer feedback, source developmental opportunities, and provide long-term career guidance to counselees and others across the department
  • Provide continual planning and action as it pertains to platform performance to support scale and complexity
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience managing change in a ServiceNow technical environment with effective communication to teams; advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work with ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value
  • Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Certification in ServiceNow system administration, development and/or certified implementation specialist in one or more product disciplines is preferred
  • Knowledge in strategic solution delivery models to ensure products and/or services continue to innovate and to drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team
  • Foster the development of a high performing team and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
  • US Citizenship is required
