Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and proactive

Part-Time Site Manager

to assist with the operational needs of assigned properties. This role ensures that sites remain clean, safe, and well-managed while supporting the needs of residents and clients.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in leading others while maintaining excellent communication and customer service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking initiative and contributing to the smooth operations of residential or commercial properties.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations at assigned sites and ensure quality service Coordinate repairs, maintenance tasks, and improvement projects Respond to resident and client concerns promptly and professionally Conduct routine inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance Support community programs and resident engagement activities Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service partners Monitor budgets, track expenses, and follow cost-control procedures Enforce property rules and company policies Maintain organized logs, reports, and documentation Provide updates to supervisors and attend Board or management meetings as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED Able to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug tests Dependable, flexible, and able to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory or team leadership experience Background in property, facilities, or residential management Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office) Coursework or education in business, accounting, hospitality, or property management General understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), custodial processes, and maintenance practices Applicants with limited experience are welcome if they bring professionalism, motivation, and a willingness to learn
