Position Overview

IFSH is seeking a reliable, proactive

Part-Time Site Manager

to support day-to-day operations at assigned properties. This role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-minded, and comfortable leading others while maintaining strong communication and customer service skills.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, working with people, and contributing to the overall success of property operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage daily operations at assigned properties to ensure quality and efficiency Coordinate and monitor maintenance work, repairs, and improvement activities Address resident and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Perform routine inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards Support and promote resident engagement activities Communicate and work with vendors, contractors, and partner organizations Track site budgets, monitor expenses, and follow cost-control procedures Enforce community rules and company guidelines Maintain complete and accurate documentation, reports, and logs Provide updates to leadership and attend Board or management meetings as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

Eligible to work in the United States Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment/random drug screenings Reliable, adaptable, and able to work well with others

Preferred Qualifications

Prior supervisory or leadership experience Experience in property, facilities, or residential management Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication abilities Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office) Relevant coursework in business, accounting, hospitality, or property management General knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), custodial work, and maintenance
